Most leases are 1 year. Leases must expire in the summer either, usually in late July or Early August.

Pets are not allowed in our apartment complexes but we have many houses and Townhouse that are pet friendly with appropriate security deposit.

All residents are responsible for the full term of their lease. If there are extenuating circumstances we will allow you pay a 3 month cancellation fee and forfeit your security deposit.

Meyers Management manages over 1700 units and has a full service maintenance staff. We provide 24 hour service for emergencies.

Most of our properties have on-site parking available. Some of the properties have reserved garage spaces available.

All of our properties have laundry Facilities on site.
